Poudre de talc

Talcum powder is a layered silicate mineral containing water. Weak alkaline pH value of 9.0 ~ 9.5, with good chemical stability, faible dureté, hydrophilic and other characteristics, is a rare functional filler. Il peut être largement utilisé dans la fabrication du papier, produits de beauté, médecine, caoutchouc, fertilizer and other industries. Surtout dans l'industrie de la modification du plastique, the cost of products can be greatly reduced, and the impact toughness of plastics can be improved.

Property

1. The significant enhancement effect of talc on plastic products mainly comes from its unique microscale lamellar structure. The more intact the lamellar structure of processed talc powder is, the more pronounced the enhancement effect. A larger diameter-to-thickness ratio (the ratio of the average diameter of lamellar particles to their thickness) can improve the rigidity, impact strength, flexural modulus, and thermal stability of plastic products, such as insurance rods, automotive interior parts, etc..
2. High-quality ultrafine talc powder with a lamellar structure is used for insulation and barrier purposes in plastic products, and it can be uniformly dispersed in layers within the resin. Similar to a metal structural mesh embedded in cement products, it can form a mechanically excellent reinforcement support structure for plastics, improving their physical properties and providing significant insulation and barrier effects.
3. The slippery sensation of nucleated talc is very obvious, and the addition of talc powder significantly improves the opening properties of plastics and can enhance the anti-blocking properties of films. When ultrafine talc powder (below 1µm) is uniformly dispersed in the plastic matrix, it acts as a nucleating agent, as seen in PET plastics.
4. Talc, mica, kaolin, and other silicon (Si)-containing minerals all exhibit infrared and ultraviolet barrier properties, providing significant insulation and aging resistance effects in plastic products.
